DYMAZEE Assists Qilu Institute of Technology in Co-establishing Intelligent Transmission Research Center to Empower Manufacturing Upgrade

The Intelligent Transmission and Robot Application Research Center at the West Campus of the School of Intelligent Manufacturing and Control Engineering, Qilu Institute of Technology, is a scientific research platform focusing on the integrated innovation of precision transmission technology and industrial robots. It is committed to collaborating with enterprises to develop intelligent transmission solutions suitable for the high-end equipment field. The center is exclusively sponsored by DYMAZEE Reducer Co., Ltd., which, as a core member unit of the Yangxin County Industrial Association, has long been deeply engaged in the technological innovation and industrial services of reducers.
The research center is equipped with internationally advanced transmission performance testing systems, robot joint simulation platforms, and precision processing equipment, with a total equipment value exceeding 30 million yuan. It covers key modules such as RV reducer performance testing and harmonic transmission life testing, providing solid support for application-oriented teaching and technological research. Professor Zhang Shiqiang, President of Qilu Institute of Technology and a doctoral supervisor, emphasized the strategic significance of university-local enterprise cooperation: "As a core area of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry cluster in central Shandong, the in-depth collaboration between universities and enterprises is crucial for breaking through technological bottlenecks. By combining DYMAZEE's industrial practical experience with the university's scientific research advantages, we are jointly building an 'accelerator' for the technological upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises."
Professor Li Jianming, Director of the center and academic leader of the robot engineering discipline, elaborated on the platform's construction goals: "We are building the first robot application research base in East China with precision transmission as the core. Relying on DYMAZEE's technical accumulation in the reducer field, the integrated platform established in collaboration with industry-university-research partners can not only provide students with full-process practical opportunities from design simulation to assembly and commissioning but also offer precise services for manufacturing enterprises, such as the research and development of customized transmission solutions and the upgrading and transformation of old equipment. This will strongly promote teaching innovation and technological breakthroughs in key fields such as industrial robot joint drive, collaborative robot compliant control, and logistics AMR power adaptation."
