DYMAZEE's Sustainability Strategy

 

At DYMAZEE, our commitment to sustainability covers the three key areas of economic viability, environmental protection and social responsibility. Since 1995, we have been actively refining our sustainability management processes.

 

To better align our business practices with our sustainability goals, we conduct a comprehensive materiality analysis once a year and define our strategic objectives accordingly. As a result, our sustainability initiatives are seamlessly integrated into our broader corporate strategy. We report our sustainability efforts in accordance with the German Sustainability Code (DNK), which is aligned with the principles of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

 

Looking ahead, we are preparing to implement the European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS). In order to ensure transparency and keep our stakeholders informed about our sustainability efforts.

  • Integrated Management: We conduct an annual materiality analysis to define and integrate our sustainability objectives into our core business strategy.
  • Accountability & Ethics: Our dedicated Whistleblower Protection Programme provides a secure, confidential channel for reporting concerns, upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and legal compliance across the organization.
  • Transparent Reporting: We are committed to transparency, reporting in accordance with DNK/GRI and preparing for ESRS implementation to keep our stakeholders fully informed.

Green Operations & Environmental Stewardship

Our sprawling manufacturing facility is a testbed for eco-innovation, minimizing our environmental footprint through concrete measures.

  • Renewable Energy & Decarbonization: Our plant is powered by 100% green electricity. We have installed a 3,600 KWP solar power generation system and transitioned our entire internal vehicle fleet to electric and hydrogen power.
  • Resource Efficiency & Conservation: We implement the highest energy-saving standards for all electrical equipment and have systems in place to collect and reuse 300,000 liters of rainwater annually, significantly reducing our municipal water consumption.
  • Circular Packaging: We are phasing out single-use plastics, utilizing reusable and biodegradable materials for our product packaging.
